ICE/SEVP Extends COVID Policy Guidance

April 18: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) announced that COVID policy guidance for international students will remain the same for the 2022–23 academic year. As stated in the announcement, the original policy guidance issued in March 2020 will remain in effect for the coming academic year. The extension of this guidance means that international students can continue to enroll in more than 3 credit hours of online course work. This flexibility is expected to end at the end of the 2022–23 academic year.
