International Services has a new online ticket system. When you open a ticket, you will find information you need quickly and get connected with an advisor if you need individual help.
Cornell Tech Students: For the fastest response from a Cornell Tech advisor, email your question to studentaffairs@tech.cornell.edu.
Appointments
Advisors offer 10-minute advising appointments for international students, in person at 300 Caldwell Hall or by Zoom.
Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m–12:00 p.m. and 2:00–4:00 p.m. ET
Extended appointments (longer than 10 minutes) are available upon request by opening a ticket.

We will respond to non-urgent advising questions received by phone within one business day. All urgent questions will be answered as soon as possible.

Students
300 Caldwell Hall: Open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m–4:30 p.m. ET
Document Pickup/Drop-off: Come to Caldwell Hall during office hours to pick up I-20, SSN letters, and DS-2019 or I-797 notices or to drop off documents. For more involved issues, please make an appointment.
Scholars
115 Day Hall: Open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m–12:00 p.m. and 1:00–4:30 p.m. ET
Document Pickup/Drop-off: Come to Day Hall during office hours to pick up SSN letters, DS-2019s, or I-797 approval notices or to drop off documents. For more involved issues, please contact us.
Request Travel Signatures
If your I-20 or DS-2019 travel signature has expired: Request a travel signature online, and we will mail you the electronically signed document. Please note that a digital I-20 or DS-2019 with an electronic signature is fully acceptable for your travel needs. You do not need to make an appointment to request a travel signature.

International Services Newsletter
Our email newsletter goes out monthly during the academic year to Cornell's international students, faculty, and staff. The newsletter highlights vital immigration information and campus resources for Cornell's international community.
