More Services

Document Pickup/Drop-off

Come to 300 Caldwell Hall during office hours to pick up I-20, SSN letters, and DS-2019 or I-797 notices or to drop off documents. For more involved issues, please make an appointment.

Request Travel Signatures Online

If your I-20 or DS-2019 travel signature has expired: Request a travel signature online, and we will mail you the electronically signed document. You do not need to make an appointment to request a travel signature.

Please note that F-1 students do not need an original signature on I-20s. The digital document with an electronic signature is fully acceptable for your travel needs. Note that we still recommend original signatures on DS-2019 forms for students and scholars on a J-1 visa.
